Do I need a prescription for physical therapy?

Patients with Medicare will require a prescription from their MD before the initial evaluation. You can have your doctor fill out the Physical Therapy prescription form found in the “Physician” section.

What hours are you available?
Please contact us to make an appointment.  Our therapists are flexible and make every effort to accommodate to your schedule.

What kinds of conditions do you treat?
We specialize in treating the geriatric population with neurological conditions that result in the loss of function due to loss of balance, gait abnormality, difficulty with transfers, decreased strength or a  fall at home.  We also treat most orthopedic and cardiopulmonary issues that cause pain or a limitation of function. Are you licensed?
Yes, all of our Physical Therapists are licensed and insured.

How long are your sessions?
Evaluations are roughly 90 minutes and treatment sessions are 45 -60 minutes. Please note, treatment times may vary depending on the patient’s specific diagnosis.

What are your fees?
Fees vary and may be discussed by e-mail or phone consultation.

Do I have to be home-bound and unable to drive to an out-patient clinic in order to qualify for this Physical Therapy in my home?
NO. There are no qualifications other than that you need Physical Therapy, have a doctor’s order, and live at home or in an assisted living facility within the geographic parameters .
